JADE BALLENGER
Jade Ballenger, with a decade of experience as co-owner and current CEO of Pony Express Land Services, leverages her innate leadership skills and creative thinking to formulate innovative strategies for project enhancement. Specializing in Big Picture analysis, Jade excels in strategic planning and oversight, fostering improved productivity and efficiency within the team.
As the fourth generation in her family dedicated to the energy sector, Jade brings a rich family history to her role. After a period focused on her growing family post-college, she transitioned to a full-time position in Right-of-Way. Starting with title research, document preparations, and landowner negotiations, Jade’s natural management abilities led her to handle larger area projects with ease.
Jade’s diverse experience includes contributions to Pony Express Pipeline, Inc., serving Lonestar Pipeline and Energy Transfer, along with contracting for entities such as Oncor Electric Delivery, Oncor Transmission, Hunt Energy Network LLC., and Marathon Petroleum Company LP. and Affiliates.
When she’s not at work she is usually catching up with her college kids, or spending time with her husband of 24 years, Casey. Jade enjoys photography, and travel. She is also a terrible golfer but doesn’t let that stop her from enjoying a game as often as possible.
