CASEY BALLENGER

Casey Ballenger is a dedicated professional serving as the co-owner and president of Pony Express Land Services since its establishment in 2007. Under his leadership, he has successfully transformed the company from a small service entity into a dynamic and expanding business, enhancing operational efficiency and capabilities. With a strategic vision for growth, Casey combines industry expertise, a strong work ethic, and years of experience to elevate both agents and clients to new levels of success.

Casey’s journey began with a focus on Agriculture in college, where his excellence in classes and extensive networking led him to a role at Koch Pipeline in south Louisiana. It was here that he discovered his passion for Right-of-Way Acquisition. Rapidly gaining recognition for his integrity and proactive approach, Casey’s work ethic lead him to lead the Right-of-Way department for EOG Resources Barnett Schale Division, overseeing a team of fifty. Drawing on his leadership skills and project management proficiency, he founded Pony Express Land Services, emphasizing fairness, teamwork, and high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Actively involved in his community, he has served on various boards and organizes charities for local youth. As a founding member and president of the Dublin Western Heritage Association, a 501c3 organization, Casey was proud to play a role in rebuilding the local riding arena for youth playdays and rodeo events.
